What is your cancellation policy? 

Customer Cancellation: Cancellations must be requested via call or email no less than 24hrs before trip departure for a full refund. No shows will be charged full price. 

Weather Cancellations: If your trip's departure may be impacted by weather, our captains will reach out via text or email no less than 2hrs before departure with a weather update. Should the trip be canceled, guests are entitled to a full refund. 

Is there a bathroom on board? 

Yes! There are two restrooms on board that are cleaned and sanitized prior to all charters. 

Are we able to customize our trip? 

Yes! All trips are custom based on your needs. Please share your preferences with the captain during the booking process. 

Is there parking available?

Yes! We have designated free parking for all our customers at the marina. 

What time should we arrive? 

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled departure for boarding. 

Are we allowed to bring food and drinks? 

Yes! Guests are more than welcome to bring their own food and drinks. With a spacious 7 cubic foot fridge and freezer combo and a cooler on board, you have ample storage. 

What should we wear? 

Guests who wish to swim during their charter should wear or bring their bathing suits on board. Swimwear is strongly encouraged for all guests as the water is refreshing!
